Silambarasan and director Vetrimaaran are working together on a new film and this news has caught fans attention.
A leaked photo from the set confirmed that the film has officially started. Soon after rumors began spreading that the movie might be a sequel to Vada Chennai which excited many fans.
Meanwhile Vetrimaaran’s long-delayed project Vaadivaasal with Suriya has reportedly been shelved again. To fulfill his commitment to the same production house Vetrimaaran decided to start a new film with Silambarasan, which is expected to go on floors in July.
At a recent event Vetrimaaran clarified that Vada Chennai 2 belongs to Dhanush and will begin next year after he completes a film with producer Thanu. This confirmation made fans very happy as they are eager to see this powerful combination return.
Also reports suggest that a promo of Vetrimaaran and Silambarasan’s new film will be released on June 25th.
