Veteran producer V. Doraswamy Raju passes away

One of the senior-most producers and distributors V Doraswamy Raju has passed away today. He suffered from cardiac arrest and breathed his last while he was being treated at Care Hospitals, Hyderabad. He is one of the passionate and hard-working producers and distributors in Telugu Cinema.

He has produced 3 films with Nagarjuna, 2 with ANR, 1 with NTR, and many others with the then young heroes. He has produced the national award-winning film Seetharamayya Gari Manavaralu. He has produced many path-breaking films like Simhadri, Annamayya, etc., He has also produced some super hits like President Gari Pellam, Kirayi Dada, etc.,

V Doraswamy Raju is a top distributor as well. He has distributed more than 750 films in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Mostly in Rayalaseema.
