There is a common belief in the film industry that those who work as assistant or associate directors for many years may never get a chance to direct a film.
Venu Gopal Reddy is proving that wrong with his directorial debut, Romanchakam, backed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and releasing tomorrow.
Venu has worked with director Ram Gopal Varma on several projects. He was a second unit director for Satya 2 an associate director for Dongala Mutha and an assistant director for the Raktha Charitra franchise.
He also contributed to the writing of Dongala Mutha and Edaina Jaragachu. After years of experience Venu is finally realizing his dream.
Starring Sumanth Prabhas and Ananthika, Romanchakam has created curiosity. Its success could inspire many aspiring filmmakers to follow their beautiful dreams.
