Recently, at an event, a distributor revealed that Vennela Kishore declined to participate in promotions.

Even though he is professional, he is being criticized for not promoting films, especially after taking a high payment. Some producers have expressed their concerns to him.

Kishore, who has also played lead roles in a few films, limits himself to doing a couple of recorded interviews. It is said that he dislikes attending Q&A sessions with the media, which might be why he avoids promotions.

He prefers to keep a low profile and avoids unnecessary controversies, speaking only when needed outside film shoots.
