Dhanush is busy preparing for the release of OM directed by Rajkumar Periasamy. The film also stars Mammootty, Sai Pallavi, Sreeleela and Naseeruddin Shah and is set to release in theatres on October 16th 2026 without fail.
Meanwhile director Venky Atluri has shared a much exciting update about his next film with Dhanush.
He revealed that he has already narrated the basic idea to the actor and will begin writing the script after completing Vishwanath & Sons.
The upcoming film will be based on a police backdrop for sure. Venky said he is spending a lot of time researching the subject because he wants the story to be much realistic.
He also wants to impress Dhanush who is not only an actor but also a writer and director. All the fans are eagerly waiting for their reunion.
