Surender Reddy recently left Pawan Kalyan’s project and shared the script with Venkatesh. It’s been reported that Venkatesh is quite keen on the plot, and initial discussions have commenced. This project is said to be a multi-starrer, and if everything aligns, it might feature Naga Chaitanya alongside Venkatesh.
Surendar Reddy believes that Naga Chaitanya is the right choice for this venture. This would mark the third collaboration of Naga Chaitanya and Venkatesh on screen. Their first interaction was a cameo by Venkatesh in “Premam,” and they later co-starred in “Venky Mama,” where despite the film’s box office struggles, their on-screen chemistry was widely appreciated.
Naga Chaitanya has faced a series of setbacks with films like “Custody,” “Thank You,” and even his Bollywood debut, “Lal Singh Chaddha,” which turned out to be a colossal disappointment. Presently, he is working on an action entertainer with Chandoo Mondeti.
On the other hand, Venkatesh has wrapped up his upcoming saindhav project, directed by Sailesh Kolanu’s, this movie is scheduled for release in Sankranti 2024. Further details on Surender Reddy’s project are eagerly anticipated.
