Varun Tej’s Ghani release moves to this date

A couple of days back we had reported that hero Varun Tej’s boxing drama, Ghani may skip the newly announced December 24th release date. Being directed by Kiran Korrapati, the film was initially scheduled for a December 3rd release but as Balayya’s Akhanda is announced for a December 2nd release, Ghani makers are left with no option but to postpone the release to December 24th.

We had already reported that Ghani’s release is postponed indefinitely. Now, the fresh update is that the makers are planning to move the film’s release to March 18th. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out soon, say sources.

Being bankrolled by Allu Bobby in a collaboration with Sidhu, Ghani has Bollywood girl Saiee Manjrekar as the female lead. Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Nadiya, Suneil Shetty will be seen in key roles in this intense drama. Thaman is the music composer.
