Young director, Sankalp Reddy created a sensation with his Ghazi. In the first attempt, he made a movie with very different subject and an unexplored genre, war at sea. He handled many good actors like Om Puri, KK Menon along with Rana and Tapsee for the movie. Ghazi, made as a Hindi -Telugu bilingual did not become a huge hit but the moderate success of the movie and good reviews ensured that the young man proved his talent. Now, he is able to convince another young hero to act in his next movie.
Varun Tej, who is known for choosing different concepts for his films with different makers, listened to the idea and us willing to act in the movie. Sankalp met him after Mister release and the actor said he is interested in the idea but ordered the young man to come up with bound script before going forward. He is right now busy in completing his Fida, in the direction of Shekar Kammula produced by Dil Raju.
Once the complete work on the movie is finished, the actor will start working on Sankalp’s movie. The movie is said to have a new -age love story at the core exploring different conditions of humans under stress. As these days, people working in software environment are becoming more and more inclined towards to losing their sanity due to stress, the movie will try to present the story of a young couple during such times.
