Rajamouli is planning a much massive global release for Varanasi starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
This film is expected to be dubbed in around 50 languages and released in nearly 120 countries as per the reports. The team reportedly plans to use real voice artists instead of AI-generated voices for the dubbed versions which is a good idea.
Around 1,500 dubbing artists will be considered before finalising the voices. Jakkanna wants the emotions and performances of the lead actors to remain intact in every language without fail.
This film may be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, German and Arabic.
Varanasi is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on April 7th 2027 for sure.
