Uppena continues to dominate despite new releases

Vaisshnav Tej’s debut film Uppena sensation continues at the box-office. The film had an exceptional first week. It has collected a share of more than Rs. 35 Crores in the first week. In the second week, everyone expected the film to slow down a bit as four movies got released yesterday.

Allari Naresh’s Naandhi, Vishal’s Chakra, Sumanth’s Kapatidhaari, Pogaru released yesterday. All these movies except Naandhi received an average response. Though the response for Naandhi is good, the film took a slow start. As a result, the collections for Uppena continue to impress. It has collected more share than these movies.

Naandhi is expected to pick up from today. Nevertheless, Uppena is going to dominate the box-office in the second weekend as well.
