Hero Allari Naresh’s new film under the direction of Vijay Kanakamedala is at the shooting stage. Titled Ugram, the film marks the second time collaboration of the actor-director duo after the 2021 hit, Naandhi.
A few months back the makers have already reported that Ugram will have a theatrical release on April 14th. Meanwhile, the latest news is that the team is planning to release the first look teaser of the film on February 18th as a Mahashivaratri special. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out soon.
The expectations on Ugram among the audience are decent. Being bankrolled by Screen Screens banner owned by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi, Ugram has its music composed by Sri Charan Pakala. Abburi Ravi is the dialogue writer. Brahma Kadali is the art director. While Chota K Prasad is roped in for editing work, Siddharth J is the cinematographer for Ugram.
Apart from Ugram, Naresh is in talks for a key role in Akkineni Nagarjuna’s next. Reports indicate that the film is set in the 80s time period. Noted writer Bezawada Prasanna Kumar is turning as the director with the film. Already news came out that the project is going to be made with a whopping Rs 50 crore budget. Srinivasaa Chitturi will be bankrolling the movie under his Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner. An official announcement regarding the film is expected to be out soon.
