Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Seenu’s action drama, Akhanda is creating ripples at the ticket windows. As per the trade reports, the film has had an unstoppable extended first weekend run at the box office globally.
Especially, in our twin Telugu states, the film has registered solid numbers. According to the reports, Akhanda has collected a whopping share of more than Rs 8 crore on its fourth-day(Sunday) taking the grand total share for the first extended weekend at Telugu box office to Rs 36.5 crore.
Reportedly, Akhanda has achieved break-even status at the Nizam box office in just four days by collecting Rs 12.05 crore in the region. On the other hand, the film’s performance from today plays a key role for the Andhra and Ceded areas to recover the invested amount considering the low ticket rates across Andhra Pradesh.
