Ugram Teaser: Story of an Aggressive Cop

The first look teaser of Allari Naresh’s ongoing film, Ugram under the direction of Vijay Kanakamedala of Naandhi fame is released by the makers this morning. Akkineni Naga Chaitanya unveiled the promo and conveyed best wishes to the team members.

The little more than one-minute teaser revolves around an aggressive cop( role played by Allari Naresh) who goes to any extent to deliver justice to the needy. How will the cop react when this family will be targeted by goons, expected to be crucial crux. Allari Naresh’s makeover as a sincere cop with a twisted mustache is good in a police uniform. Overall, Ugram promo is action-packed and revolves around the life story of an aggressive cop.

Earlier this year, an official announcement came out that Ugram will be out on April 14th. As the film marks the second time collaboration of the actor-director duo, the expectations are decent among moviegoers. As per our sources, the film’s release date is postponed. Reportedly, Ugram’s release is postponed to May 5th. An official announcement regarding the same will be out soon, say reports.

Being bankrolled by Screen Screens banner owned by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi, Ugram has its music composed by Sri Charan Pakala. Abburi Ravi is the dialogue writer. Brahma Kadali is the art director. While Chota K Prasad is roped in for editing work, Siddharth J is the cinematographer for Ugram. Apart from Ugram, Naresh is in talks for a key role in Akkineni Nagarjuna’s next. Reports indicate that the film is set in the 80s time period. Noted writer Bezawada Prasanna Kumar is turning as the director of the film. Already news came out that the project is going to be made with a whopping Rs 50 crore budget. Srinivasaa Chitturi will be bankrolling the movie under his Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner.
