Udaya Bhanu has recently been in the news for her bold and controversial remarks. She openly stated that a few television hosts deliberately spread fake rumors about her and even tried to stop her from getting good career opportunities.

While promoting her upcoming film Tribanadhari Barbarik where she plays a key role, Udaya Bhanu revealed shocking details about her experiences in the television industry.

She said that several TV producers had cheated her and failed to pay her properly. In fact she earned more money by attending functions and hosting events than she ever did as a TV anchor.

The actress also mentioned that she still has many bounced cheques at home, which serve as evidence of the injustice she faced.

However she stressed that her hard work and determination helped her survive. Industry circles believe her recent comments might be aimed at a rival TV host.
