Two big names for Prabhas’s ‘Spirit’

It was announced some time ago that Prabhas’s 25th film is Spirit, to be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, of Arjun Reddy fame. The film is expected to begin shooting once Prabhas is done with his current commitments and once Sandeep wraps up his Bollywood project, Animal, featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.

In the meantime, it is now being said that the names of two actresses are being considered for the part of the leading lady in the film. Rashmika Mandanna and Kiara Advani are the names that are currently circulating, and either one of these actresses is expected to be finalized. Some say it is highly likely that Rashmika would be finalised, given that she’s already working with Sandeep on Animal right now. However, it is to be seen who will be finalised ultimately.

On the other hand, it was already announced that Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor would be playing a key role in the film, with negative shades. Prabhas is currently on a summer break and is expected to resume shooting Salaar in June and begin Maruthi’s film around the same time. Nag Ashwin’s Project K is going on simultaneously.
