It is well-known news that reputed Kollywood production house Lyca Productions approached the Madras High Court by making allegations against director Shankar for not completing their high budget film, Indian 2. The issue has been in the Court premises for the last one month or so.
Even Shankar also filed a counter-petition stating that the Lyca management and the film’s hero Kamal Haasan for not supporting him to resume the film’s shooting. Meanwhile, the latest news is that after reviewing the petitions filed by both the camps, the Madras High Court has asked both the parties to sought the issues between them by arranging a mutual meeting.
Buzz is also that even Kamal Haasan came forward to allocate bulk dates from August to finish the balance shooting part. As per the Kollywood reports, the film’s shooting will resume soon after the Covid situation returns to normalcy. If everything goes smoothly, Shankar has to focus on Indian 2 and wrap the shooting formalities as early as possible.
But the twist in the tale is that if Indian 2 resumes its shooting, the already announced project in the combination of Ram Charan-Shankar-Dil Raju will be postponed for the time being.
