Former American President Donald Trump has been making strong decisions, like adding taxes on goods from other countries.
Now, he’s turning his attention to foreign movies. To support American-made films, Trump said that the U.S. Trade Representative will start the process of putting a 100% tax on all movies made outside the U.S.
He criticized other countries for giving big benefits to attract American film studios. Trump said, “The American film industry is dying quickly”.
“Other countries are working together to harm it, which is a national security issue. It’s also about spreading messages and propaganda”.
“We want movies to be made in America again!” According to updates, this rule might be put into action very soon.
