Trisha to reprise Deepika Padukone in a Bollywood remake

While Bollywood filmmakers are heavily interested in remaking South movies, the South industry is showing interest in Bollywood projects as well. It is Pawan Kalyan who is remaking the Bollywood hit movie Pink and as per the latest update, Trisha is going to star in another remake.

Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan have played the lead role in the 2015 blockbuster movie Piku. Now, the film is going to be remade as a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil. Trisha has grabbed the offer to reprise Deepika’s role. Trisha though is a senior heroine has been managing to pick interesting film offers.

Trisha has been grabbing the women-centric roles. Now, it will be interesting to see how Trisha will perform in this movie. A senior Tollywood actor has been approached to reprise Amitabh’s role. We have to wait and see who will be playing that role. More details awaited.
