Tragedy Strikes Kantara Team Again

Kantara: Chapter 1 is the prequel to the successful film Kantara starring Rishab Shetty. The movie has created a strong buzz nationwide with the makers spending heavily on its production. However, the team has recently faced a few tragic incidents.

As per reports, a mimicry artist named Viju, who was associated with the film’s work, died of a suspected heart attack near Agumbe in Shivamogga district.

Viju, from Kerala, had been staying with the film team. He reportedly suffered chest pain on Wednesday night and was rushed to the hospital but doctors declared him brought dead.

This is the second such tragedy for the film unit. On May 7, junior artist M.F. Kapil drowned in the Souparnika river in Udupi while working on the film.

These incidents have cast a shadow over the project. So far, Hombale Films has not officially confirmed Viju’s role in the production. Fans are mourning the unfortunate events.
