Hero Nani’s new film, Tuck Jagadish, was supposed to hit the screens in April, but the Covid second wave disturbed the film’s release plans. A couple of months back, news came out that the makers are planning to opt for a direct OTT release of the film. But the team has refuted the news as a baseless rumour and clarified that the film will have its theatrical release first.
Now, the latest news coming in from trade circles is that considering the third wave impact and the uneven situation on the ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh, the makers have decided to go for a digital release of the film. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out soon, confirm sources.
This Siva Nirvana directional has Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh as the female leads. Jagapathi Babu and Bhoomika will be seen in key roles in this film, which is an emotional family drama. Thaman has composed music for the film.
