Tournaments Give More Encouragement to the Players – CP Kothakota Srinivas Reddy

CP Srinivas Reddy presenting prizes to the winning athletes…. The men’s and women’s tennis tournament organized by Filmnagar Cultural Center under the name of CB Raju Memorial Trophy concluded on Friday. City Police Commissioner Kottakota Srinivas Reddy attended as the chief guest in this concluding program and along with Indian Badminton Player Satvik Sairaj presented the prizes to the winning players.

On this occasion, Police Commissioner Srinivas Reddy said that it is commendable to organize tournaments at Filmnagar Cultural Center at the international level. It gives a lot of encouragement to the athletes. He said that he likes sports very much. He mentioned that he is a big fan of superstar Krishna. Superstar Krishna’s movies are among the few movies he watch. Similarly, He said that he follow the activities of producer and club president Adi Seshagiri Rao.

In this tournament, Akanksha stood as the aspiring winner in the singles category and Abhaya Vemuri won as the runner.n In the doubles finals, Akanksha and Yubarani Banerjee won the first place and Medhavi Singh and Ayusha Singh won the second place.

In this program, famous producer and club president Adi Seshagiri Rao said that after Covid in the country not a single tournament was held with Rs.10 lakh prize money and they organized it themselves.
