Tough Times Ahead for Shehzada

Icon stAAr Allu Arjun’s 2020 blockbuster, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is remade in Hindi with young hero Kartik Aaryan as Shehzada. Directed by Rohit Dhawan, Shehzada has a theatrical release today across the globe.

As per the reports, Shehzada is releasing in domestic circuits in 3000 screens. Even the makers came out with 1+1 ticket offer across all multiplexes on the opening day. Despite offers, Shehzada is witnessing dull bookings for the morning shows, say trade reports. On the other hand, Shehzada booking in the overseas is even miserably and is likely to end up as a washout. Looking at the current scenario, it is evident that Shehzada is going struggle at the box office.

Allu Arvind and S Radhakrishna who bankrolled Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo produced Shehzada as well. The film has Kriti Sanon as the female lead. Paresh Rawal and Manisha Koirala played key roles.
