This was the first film which broke the barrier of 100 crore film in Tollywood and surprised all. It also showcased the power of Telugu cinema to the Pan-India audience and put Telugu cinema on top.

Rangasthalam was a film that broke many barriers at the box office. It gave Charan’s career a balance and proved that he can act and perform to the best. Sukumar molded Charan into a terrific actor along with Samantha with this film.

Maharshi is a film that continued the success streak of Mahesh Babu after Bharat Ane Nenu. The film also had a superb message which went well with many in the states of AP and Telangana.

Bharat Ane nenu was the comeback hit of Mahesh Babu after a long back. He gave back to back flops and then he backed it up with Bharat Ane Nenu which was directed by Koratala Shiva the star director.
Aravinda Sametha 88 crores
Aravinda Sametha is NTR’s biggest hit in his career. He gave a stupendous performance as Trivikram showcased NTR like never before. The film brought the Rayalaseema backdrop in Telugu once again.
Srimanthudu 85 crores
Srimanthu id a film which made Mahesh a superstar once again. It was his biggest hit till then and was once again directed by Koratala Shiva. The film also showcased Jagapathi Babu in a never before seen role.
F2- 81 crores
Not many gave this film a chance during Sankranthi time as there were many other films which were big releases. But F2 surprised all and gave the makers a solid revenue at the box office. Anil Ravipudi became a star director with this film.
