• AGS Entertainment

The Ags Entertainment is one of the famous production houses established by the Kalpathi brothers Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh and Kalpathi S. Suresh. The production house is launched in 2006 and has been making films since then with stars.

• Kavithalaya

Being one of the oldest production houses in Kollywood, Kavithalaya was established in1981 and founded by K. Balachander. The production house has produced films with Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan in the past.

• Sun Pictures

Founded by Kalanidhi Maran in 2008, Sun Pictures has been producing and distributing movies since then.

• Thirrupathi Brothers

Thirrupathi Brothers is a film production house established in 2006. The owners of the productions are M. Subhash Chandrabose and N. Lingusamy. Being one of the noted directors in Tamil, Lingusamy made multiple films under the same banner.

• Madras Talkies

Established in 1995 by legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam and his wife, Suhasini Maniratnam, most of the films directed by Mani Ratnam are being made under the same production house.

Founded by A.V. Meiyappan in 1945, AVM Productions is one of the oldest production houses in Tamil and produced films with all noted stars in Tamil.

Studio Green productions is launched in 2006 by Gnanavel Raja. Being a relative to Tamil star Suriya, Gnanavel Raja has been producing and distributing films that have Suriya and Karthi as the lead heroes.

Venu Ravichandran who is also a distributor of movies established Aascar Films Productions in 1997. The production house is known for making high-budget films.

• Raaj Kamal Films International

Universal actor Kamal Haasan is the owner of the production house and it is established in 1981. The production house has been producing films and recently made industry hit, Vikram with young filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj.
