The Telugu film industry was looking at several promising and big releases in the month of January, including RRR and Radhe Shyam, but all of these releases had to be postponed, due to the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country. As a result, the entire release calendar changed, with the release of many movies uncertain, and the release of other movies pushed.
Currently, the release dates of a few films have been announced, with Ravi Teja’s Khiladi and Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s DJ Tillu announced for 11th February, and Bheemla Nayak and Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu announced for 25th February. On the other hand, Radhe Shyam is reportedly going to arrive in March, and Varu Tej’s Ghani will be released according to that.
As is already known, RRR has announced two possible release dates, and Acharya has been announced for April 1st. Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata remains to be the only film that still has to confirm its release, among big films.
