Tollywood Upset by Shahrukh Khan’s Comments on Ram Charan

During the event, Ram Charan, along with the Khan trio, delighted the audience with a lively performance on the Naatu Naatu song, which quickly became an internet sensation. However, the mood soured when Shahrukh Khan‘s remarks towards Ram Charan sparked widespread criticism.

Upasana’s makeup artist openly addressed the issue, expressing deep hurt over Shahrukh Khan’s onstage references to Ram Charan as ‘Idly’ and ‘Vada.’ The derogatory remarks prompted her to leave the event. This incident left many Telugu audiences disheartened.

It’s not the first time Bollywood stars have made disparaging remarks about South Indian cinema stars, causing friction between the two industries. While some may perceive such comments as light-hearted banter, they are often viewed as disrespectful by Telugu audiences and fans.
