Like every week this week also a few films gearing up for a theatrical release. Along with theatrical releases, a good number of web series’, OTT shows and films are scheduled for digital premieres. Now, we bring you the list of films and OTT shows ready to entertain the audience this week. Below is the list.
Theatrical releases:
1) Okkadu
Marking 20 years for Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Okkadu, the makers are re-releasing the remastered version of Okkadu on January 7th. Produced by MS Raju, Okkadu was directed by Gunasekhar. Bhumika Chawla is the female lead.
2) Prathyardhi
Starring senior actor Ravi Varma in a key role, Prathyardhi directed by a debutant named Shankar is scheduled for a January 6th release.
3) Dostana
A small film starring Sid Swaroop, Karthikeya, Indupriya, Priya in the lead roles is gearing up for January 6th release. Surya Narayan is the film’s director.
4) A Journey To Kashi
Directed by Munni Krishna, A Journey To Kashi starring Chaitanya Rao and Katalyn Gowda as the lead pair is gearing up for January 6th release.
5) FM2 Double Masti
A Hindi language film titled, FM2 Double Masti is also scheduled for January 6th.
OTT releases:
1) Lady Noir
A foreign language film titled, Lady Noir is all set for digital premieres on Netflix during this weekend.
2) The Lying Life of Adults
This Italian web series titled, The Lying Life of Adults is premiering on Netflix from this weekend.
3) Star Wars: The Bad Batch
The second season of American web series Star Wars: The Bad Batch is all set for premieres on Netflix on January 4th.
4) Woman of the Dead
This foreign language web show is gearing up for premieres on Netflix from January 5th.
5) Copenhagen Cowboy
The first season of this foreign language web series is all set for January 5th exclusively on Netflix.
6) Mumbai Mafia: Police vs the Underworld
This crime drama series is all set for digital premieres exclusively on Netflix from January 6th.
7) Uunchai
Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, Uunchai a Hindi language film had a theatrical release in November 2022. The film is now gearing up for premieres on Zee5 from January 6th.
8) Shekapur
This Bengali web series is ready for digital premieres on Zee5 from this weekend.
9) Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne
Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne a Panjabi language film is all set for digital premieres on Zee5 from January 6th.
10) Taaza Khabar
Starring Bhuvan Bam, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Shilpa Shukla, J.D. Chakravarthi in key roles, Taaza Khabar web series is all set for premieres on Disney Plus Hotstar during this weekend.
11) Phone Bhoot
Starring Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khattar, and Siddhant Chaturvedi in key roles, Phone Bhoot directed by Gurmmeet Singh had a theatrical release in November 2022. The film is premiered on Amazon Prime Video on January 2nd.

The new season of this American web show is ready for digital premieres on Voot Select this weekend.

This Tamil language anthology series is gearing up for digital premieres on January 3rd on SonyLIV.
