Like every week, this week also a few films are gearing up for a theatrical release. Along with theatrical releases, a good number of web series’, OTT shows, and films that already had theatrical releases are scheduled for digital premieres. Now, we bring you the list of films and OTT shows ready to entertain the audience this week. Below is the list.
Theatrical releases:
1) Vedha
Starring Sandalwood star Shivarajkumar in the lead role, Vedha had a theatrical release in Kannada in 2022. The film’s Telugu dubbed version is releasing on February 9th. Directed by Harsha, the film also has Ghanavi Laxman, Shwetha Chengappa, Umashree and Aditi Sagar in key roles. Interesting thing is that the film is gearing up for digital premieres on February 10th on Zee5.
2) Amigos
Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s new film, Amigos under the direction of Rajendra Reddy is scheduled for a February 10th release. While Kalyan Ram will be seen in a triple role, the film has Kannada beauty Ashika Ranganath as the female lead. Mythri Movie Makers banner bankrolled Amigos. The film also has Brahmaji in a key role.
3) Popcorn
Popcorn, a conceptual film starring Avika Gor in the lead role is gearing up for a release on February 10th. Co-starring Sai Ronak in the key role, the film is directed by Murali Naga Srinivas Gandham. Popcorn is produced by Madhupalli Bhogendra. Avika Gor is the co-producer.
4) Desam Kosam Bhagat Singh
Starring Ravindra Gopal, Raghava, Manohar, Jeeva, Sudha, Desam Kosam Bhagat Singh directed and produced by Ravindra Gopal is slated to hit the screens on February 10th.
5) Cheddi Gang Tamasha
Cheddi Gang Tamasha is scheduled for a theatrical release on 10 Feb 2023. Directed by Venkat Kalyan G, the film stars Venkat Kalyan G, Gayathri P., Vijay Kartheek Thota and CH Kranthi Kiran as the lead characters.
6) IPL (It’s Pure Love)
Directed by Suresh Lankalapalli, IPL has Suman, Tanikella Bharani, Krishna Murali Posani, and Amit Tiwari among others in key roles. The film is scheduled for a February 10th release.
OTT releases:
Netflix:
1) Thegimpu
Kollywood star Ajith’s action drama, Thunivu directed by H Vinoth had a simultaneous release in Telugu as Thegimpu on January 11th. The film is now ready for digital premieres on February 8th on Netflix.
2) Bill Russell: Legend
Hollywood documentary movie, Bill Russell: Legend is slated for digital premieres on February 8th exclusively on Netflix.
3) The Exchange
Set in Kuwait in 1988, two women made their way into the boys club of the Kuwait Stock Exchange, on the eve of Saddam Hussein’s invasion of the country. The web show is gearing up premieres on February 8th.
4) You( season 4)
The fourth season of the American psychological thriller television series You is gearing up for premieres on February 9th on the OTT platform.
5) Dear David
This teenage foreign language web series is scheduled for premieres on February 9th.
6) My Dad the Bounty Hunter
This animated web series is scheduled for OTT premieres on Netflix on February 9th.
7) Your Place or Mine
This foreign language romantic drama is gearing up for digital premieres on Netflix on February 10th.
8) 10 Days of a Good Man
This foreign language movie is slated to hit the digital space on February 10th.
9) Love to Hate You
This orean language series is gearing up for OTT premieres on Netflix on February 10th.
Amazon Prime Video:
1) Farzi
This Hindi language web series starring Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi and Raashi Khanna in the lead roles will be available on the streaming platform in all South languages. The series is scheduled for digital premieres on February 10th.
2) Hunt
Sudheer Babu’s cop drama, titled, Hunt under directed by Mahesh Surapaneni had a theatrical release in January. Co-starring Premisthe Bharath and Srikanth in key roles, Hunt is ready for digital premieres on Amazon Prime Video on February 10th.
Aha Video:
1) Kalyanam Kamaneeyam
Young hero Santosh Shobhan’s film, Kalyanam Kamaneeyam had a theatrical release during the Sankranthi season. Co-starring Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead, Kalyanam Kamaneeyam directed by Anil Kumar Aalla failed to impress the audience. The film is now gearing up for digital premieres on February 10th.
Disney Plus Hotstar:
1) Not Dead Yet
A comedy English language web series titled, Not Dead Yet is gearing up for OTT premieres on Disney Plus Hotstar on February 9th.
2) Raajayogam
This Telugu language film is scheduled for digital premieres on Disney Plus Hotstar on February 9th.
3) Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama
Heroine Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama will be streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar on February 10th.
4) Marvel Studios: Legends
The second season of Marvel Studios: Legends, a superhero kinda series is gearing up for digital premieres on February 10th.
