Like every week also a few films are gearing up for a theatrical release. Along with theatrical releases, a good number of web series’, OTT shows and films are scheduled for digital premieres. Now, we bring you the list of films and OTT shows ready to entertain the audience. Below is the list.
Theatrical releases:
1) Laatti
Kollywood Action Hero Vishal’s action thriller, Laatti is gearing up for a simultaneous release in Telugu with the same title. The film is scheduled for a December 22nd release. Directed by A Vinoth Kumar, the film has Sunaina as the female lead.
2) Connect
Directed by Ashwin Saravanan, Connect starring Nayanatara in the lead role is scheduled for December 22nd in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. Nayanthara’s husband Vignesh Shivn bankrolled the film which also has Anupam Kher, Vinay Rai and Sathyaraj in key roles.
3) Dhamaka
Starring Ravi Teja and Sree Leela as the lead pair, Dhamaka directed by Trinadharao Nakkina is gearing up for a December 23rd release. The film is produced by People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts banners.
4) 18 Pages
Directed by Surya Pratap, 18 Pages starring Nikhil and Anupama Parameswaran as the lead pair is scheduled for a December 23rd release. Star director Sukumar provided story and dialogues for the film. GA2 Pictures banner bankrolled the film. Allu Arvind is the presenter.
5) Cirkus
Bollywood hit machine Rohit Shetty’s film, Cirkus starring Ranveer Singh and Pooja Hegde as the lead pair is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 23rd. The film also has Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ajay Devgn in key cameo roles.
OTT Releases:
1) Masooda
Noted producer Rahul Yadav Nakka’s production venture, Masooda starring Sangitha and Thiruveer in key roles had a theatrical release last month. After impressing the audience theatrically, Masooda is now gearing up for digital premieres on Aha on December 21st.
2) Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey
Directed by Vipin Das, Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey starring Basil Joseph and Darshana Rajendran as the lead pair had a theatrical release last month. The film is now slated for OTT premieres on Netflix on December 23rd.
3) Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam
Starring Allari Naresh and Anandhi as the lead pair, Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam directed by AR Mohan had a theatrical release last month. The film is now gearing up for digital premieres on Zee5 on December 23rd.
4) Tara vs Bilal
This romantic Hindi language film is scheduled for a December 23rd premieres exclusively on Netflix.
5) The Teacher
Starring Amala Paul in the lead role, The Teacher directed by Vivek is gearing up for digital premieres on Netflix on December 23rd.
6) Top Gun: Maverick
This Hollywood movie is scheduled for December 26th premieres on Amazon Prime Video. Tom Cruise is the lead actor in this actioner which had a theatrical release in May 2022 and went on to become a huge blockbuster success at the global box office.
7) TVF Pitchers
The second season of TVF Pitchers is scheduled for digital premieres on Zee5 on December 23rd. The show is a Hindi-language comedy drama.
8) Emily in Paris
This foreign language series is all set for digital premieres on Netflix on December 21st.
9) Alice in Borderland
The latest season of Netflix’s Alice in Borderland is all set for digital premieres on the OTT streaming platform on December 22nd.
10) Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery
This Hollywood movie is scheduled for digital premieres on Netflix on December 23rd.
11) The Fabelmans
This Korean series is scheduled for digital premieres on Netflix on December 23rd.
12) Shadyantra
This Hindi language web series is scheduled for December 18 premieres on Zee5.
13) Big Bet
This first season of the South Korean series is scheduled for digital premieres on Disney Plus Hotstar on December 21st.
14) Commando Connect
This Hindi language web series is scheduled for December 21st premieres on SonyLIV.
