This OTT Platform Will Stream the Movie ‘Mahaveerudu’

Maaveeran (Mahaveerudu in Telugu) is an action comedy drama film directed and written by Madonna Ashwin. It features popular actors Sivakarthikeyan, Aditi Shankar, Mysskin, Yogi Babu, Saritha, Sunil, and Monisha Blessy. The movie, produced by Arun Viswa under the banner of Shanthi Talkies, had a grand release today.

The story of Mahaveerudu revolves around an art director of a news channel who is confronted by a powerful politician. Despite being naturally polite and gentle, he finds himself unable to defend himself in such situations. However, when he hears a whistle, he undergoes a remarkable transformation, gaining superpowers.

The film explores how he utilizes his newfound abilities to bring about positive changes in the politician’s life or simply enjoys the role of a superpowered individual. Following its theatrical run for five weeks, Maaveeran, a political-comedy thriller, will be available for streaming on the popular platform “Amazon Prime Video.”

The streaming partner acquired the rights to the film for an impressive price of Rs 33 crore, marking the actor’s highest-ever OTT deal since the previous movie, “SK,” which did not perform well.
