This is why Kamal Haasan couldn’t act in Robo 2.0

Robo 2.0 currently being shot and we are hearing quite a few interesting things about the progress. This franchise that stars superstar Rajinikanth has roped in quite a few big names for the film.But did you know that Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan was also requested to play a role in the film. Shankar had asked Kamal Haasan to play the villain’s role in this movie. Kamal did show some interest but it did not work out later. But after we both became bigger stars, budgets did not work out. That is when we decided that if we were to act again, it will have to be a in a film that is produced by either of us.
