The attorney for Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife disclosed information regarding the alleged abuse Aaliya Siddiqui is subjected to at the actor’s home.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui frequently makes news for his contentious marriage to Aaliya Siddiqui. After the actor’s wife complained of harassment at Nawaz’s home for several days, her lawyer has recently made some startling claims.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui, a Bollywood actor, and his family allegedly did all in their power to keep Aaliya out of the house, depriving her of food, a bed, access to the bathroom, and freedom of movement, according to Rizwan Siddiquee, the actor’s wife. He has issued a lengthy statement in which he describes the alleged abuses Aaliya is subjected to.

According to a statement made by Aaliya’s attorney, Rizwaan Siddiquee, Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family “tried everything to remove Aaliya from the house.” They accused her of trespassing and filed an unsupportable criminal complaint. They then threatened to have her arrested and began phoning her after dusk every day to the police station.

He further said that Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s family denied her Aaliya access to food, a bed, and a restroom. In addition, they have stationed numerous male bodyguards surrounding my client and installed CCTV cameras in the hallway where she presently resides with her young children, Rizwaan said.

In fact, Aaliya’s attorney claimed that the police have not offered any assistance to her either. “While I don’t want to directly link the police department’s actions and shortcomings to them, the reality remains that no police officer came to defend my client’s rights, even after her modesty was insulted in front of the police officers,” he continued.

For the uninitiated, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s mother last week sued Aaliya over a property dispute; as a result, she has now accused Aaliya of harassment. Notably, Aaliya is currently residing with her children Yaani and Shora at the actor’s residence in Andheri. According to reports, in 2021, Nawaz’s wife handed him a divorce notification over Whatsapp.
