The Ghost First-Day Report

Along with Chiranjeevi’s GodFather, yet another senior hero Nagarjuna’s The Ghost also had a theatrical release yesterday. Opened to mixed reports, this Praveen Sattaru’s film collected a worldwide share of Rs 2.42 crore on its opening day. Below is area-wise break up data.

As per the trade reports, the pre-release business for The Ghost is done for Rs 22.8 crore and the film should collect Rs 23 crore share to achieve the break-even status. As the film has collected Rs 2.42 crore on its first day, it should generate Rs 20.58 crore share more to be a safe venture.
