Rana Daggubati is a phenomenal actor who always manages to impress audiences with his nuanced performances and his demanding screen presence. He stole the show several times and shone through as Bhallaladeva, a malevolent character, in the Baahubali franchise, opposite Prabhas’s larger than life character, Baahubali.
Since then, Rana has done several films, opting for unique subjects every single time, trying to give audiences something fresh every single time. However, Rana hasn’t been so successful in his solo ventures, with the exception of Nene Raju Nene Mantri, with all of his solo outings disappointing at the box office. This fear is now said to be haunting Rana’s upcoming film, Virata Parvam, which sources say, Rana is not being able to judge.
With the exception of his character Daniel Sekhar in the recently released Bheemla Nayak – which is not a solo outing – Rana hasn’t been able to make much of a mark in recent times. It is now to be seen how Rana will choose to take his career forward hereon.
