The curious case of Prabhas-Maruthi’s film

For several weeks now, there have been continuous reports about Young rebel star Prabhas teaming up with director Maruthi for a film titled Raja Deluxe. The film is to be produced by DVV Danayya and is to be a quick film for Prabhas, who is occupied with several pan-Indian projects.

In the last few days, there have been reports that Prabhas walked out of the project even, due to unnamed reasons, and amidst these speculations, new ones have come up. It is now being said that Raj Deluxe has nothing to do with Prabhas in the first place, as it is the name f the concept that Maruthi penned for Ravi Teja. On the other hand, it is also being said that the title for Maruthi and Prabhas’s film hasn’t been finalised yet.

Whether Prabhas’s film with Maruthi will come to fruition or not is something that has to still be seen. Prabhas’s recently released film, Radhe Shyam, has received extremely mixed reviews from everywhere, and the film’s performance is turning sour with every passing day. Here’s hoping the actor scores a good hit in the coming days.
