The Bachchan Family Moves to HC for Fake News Case

The daughter of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, Aaradhya Bachchan, has relocated to Delhi HC.

Aaradhya Bachchan, the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan, filed a complaint with the Delhi High Court accusing a YouTube tabloid of fabricating information regarding her health.

Aaradhya (11), the daughter of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, has asked for a court order to prevent the media from writing stories about her.

On Thursday, the case will be heard by a Delhi High Court panel. Aaradhya Bachchan, 11, has petitioned 10 organisations to “de-list and delete all videos” concerning her.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Grievance Cell) as well as Google LLC have been included as parties to the lawsuit.
