Director Tharun Bhascker who impressed everyone with Pelli Choopulu, followed it up with Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, a film that became a youth favorite.
Featuring Vishwak Sen, Sai Sushanth Reddy, Abhinav Gomatam and Venkatesh Kakumanu the movie was a major success during its re-release and set a new trend for bringing back popular films to theatres.
Now, Tharun has officially announced the sequel titled ENE Repeat with almost the same team. The title poster reflects the film’s quirky tone, showing a suitcase with its zip open and items like underwear, beer bottle, sunglasses, and a flight ticket floating around.
The logo cleverly combines Telugu script with fun visuals. The tagline “Elinaati Shani Ayyipoyindi, Kanyaraasi Time Ochindi” hints at more chaos and comedy.
Produced by Suresh Babu, Srujan Yarabolu, and Sandeep Nagireddy, ENE Repeat has music by Vivek Sagar and cinematography by AJ Aaron. Vishwak Sen is hopeful this sequel will mark his strong comeback.
