SS Thaman has become one of the most popular music composers of Telugu Cinema. He did do Tamil films and Kannada films, but he has a star composer status in Telugu. He delivered his biggest successful album this year. Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo songs started releasing from July-August time period in 2019 and they swept away audiences till February.
Movie became a huge success just on the strength of the songs, one can say so. The music director is highly active on Twitter and he shared a throwback pic to his younger days, when he started a band with Venkat Prabhu, SP Charan. He shared the picture and wrote, “Me @vp_offl & @charanproducer our popular #musicband #thenextgeneration !! The golden days of life”, as the caption. Well, the composer is hardly recognisable, isn’t he?
