Thalapathy Vijay in Trouble for Promoting Drug in New Song !

Thalapathy Vijay dances in Leo’s song “Naa Reddy” while holding the smoke in his mouth, which has sparked a legal dispute.

Thalapathy Vijay, a Tamil celebrity, is embroiled in legal trouble for advertising cigarettes in a song in his newest film, “Leo,” which was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Because he encouraged smoking in the song, a prosecution has been brought against him under the Narcotic Act.

The actor can be seen dancing while smoking in the song “Naa Reddy,” and Selvam, a social activist from Korukkupet in Chennai, has complained about Vijay’s song.

In his complaint, the activist claimed that the music encouraged disorderly behavior and drug abuse. Selvam also accused Thalapathy Vijay of drinking alcohol and dancing while holding a cigarette in his mouth. Selvam claimed in the plea he filed with the Chennai Police Commissioner that the song “Naa Reddy” had gone viral and would encourage kids to use narcotics. On June 25, he submitted an online petition.

According to Selvam, he would also ask the court to take action against the actor for the song’s promotion of alcohol and tobacco.

It should be remembered that Thalapathy Vijay honored in Chennai the top three SSLC and plus two students from each Tamil Nadu constituency. He spoke at the event and asked the kids to uphold moral principles. However, detractors claim that Vijay was advocating one thing while actually doing another.

The South Indian music sensation Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for the song “Naa Reddy,” which was sung by Thalapathy Vijay in the film “Leo” and earned widespread acclaim.

Trisha will play the female lead in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film Leo, which has a male lead. In a movie, Trisha and Vijay reunite after fourteen years apart. In the film, Sanjay Dutt plays a significant role as the adversary.

The movie will premiere in theatres on October 19, 2023.
