Thalapathy Vijay Beats Shahrukh Khan in Being the Most Popular Male Actor

According to a recent online study, Thalapathy Vijay is the most popular male film star, followed by Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh Khan had a triumphant comeback with Pathaan after a four-year absence, but Thalapathy Vijay from the South won the title of most popular male film star. Both performers have enormous followings of people who eagerly await the release of their films. In the most recent list, SRK placed second after Vijay.

Vijay’s most recent movie, Varisu, received positive reviews at the box office, and he is prepared to knock us off our feet with his swagger in his next movie. Leo, on the other hand, is SRK’s upcoming film starring Vijay Sethupathi, another south superstar. Yes, we are referring to his Atlee Kumar-directed film Jawan, which stars Nayanthara as the leading lady opposite King Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan lost out to Thalapathy Vijay for the top spot in Ormax Media’s list of the top 10 most popular male stars, which was posted on Twitter. Following Vijay and SRK is Prabhas, whose film Adipurush is scheduled to hit theatres in just a few days. Ajith Kumar comes in at number four, surpassing the RRR stars Ram Charan Jr. and NTR, who come in at positions five and six, respectively. Salman Khan from Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan loses to Pushpa actor Allu Arjun for the seventh spot on the list, leaving Bhaijaan in eighth place.

Last but not least, despite having a difficult year at the box office, Akshay Kumar finished in ninth place, while fan favourite Yash, who captured audiences’ hearts with his KGF 2 film, came in at tenth place.

On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is arriving early in theatres with his Jawan, and Thalapathy Vijay will be featured in Lokesh Kangaraj’s upcoming film Leo, which is anticipated to debut in October of this year. The 7th of September will see its release.
