Thalapathy 65: Malayalam actor joins the team

Kollywood star Vijay’s 65th film under the direction of young filmmaker Nelson Dilipkumar was officially announced a few months ago. Being bankrolled by Sun Pictures banner, the film went on the floors in April in Georgia and wrapped up an action block picturization.

Now, the latest news is that noted Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko has been roped in for a key role in the movie. As per the reports, the film unit is planning for back to back schedules in Kashmir and Mumbai in the next few months.

This as-yet-untitled film marks the Tamil debut for star heroine Pooja Hegde. Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander will the scoring soundtracks for this high budget actioner.
