P.S. Mani, the father of Tamil movie actor Ajith Kumar, passed away on Friday morning. He was 85.
P.S. Mani passed away in his sleep after a protracted illness, according to a statement released by his sons, including Ajith Kumar. The news was announced by Ajith Kumar’s manager on social media.
Father of Ajith Kumar, P.S. Mani, is survived by his wife Mohini, three kids, Anup Kumar, Ajith, and Anil.
Ajith Kumar and his brothers asked their well-wishers to respect their wishes to “grieve privately and deal with their father’s death with as much equanimity and dignity as possible,” noting that their father’s final ceremonies will be a family affair.
On social media, actor Sarath Kumar sent his sympathies to Ajith Kumar’s family.
