TFPC,TFCC organized by film personalities to pay tribute to Akshara Yodhudu Shri Ramoji Rao

Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, Telugu Film Producers Council and Telangana Film Chamber of Commerce organized by film personalities to pay tribute to Akshara Yodhudu Shri Ramoji Rao

The Telugu film industry is in a state of mourning after the death of legendary producer and founder of Eenadu company Mr. Ramoji Rao. Today Telugu film celebrities organized a program at TFPC to pay tribute to his death. Producer and Director Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao, Producer KS Rama Rao, Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Vijayendra Prasad, Vice President of MAA association Ravi, Directors Association President Veera Shankar, Director Ajay Kumar, Director Association Secretary Subbareddy, TFPC President Damodar Prasad, Secretary Prasanna Kumar, Sravanti Ravi Kishore, Ambati Srinu, Vijayendra Reddy, Shivalinga Prasad and others were present.

Paying tribute to Ramoji Rao on this occasion, Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao said: Ramoji Rao was a person who rose from the humblest to the highest heights. It is not common for a producer to carry a four-time chief minister on his shoulders. It is not common for a man to remain in people’s hearts even after his death. such persons are NT Rama Rao, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Krishna, Shobhan Babu, SV Ranga Rao, Krishnam Raju and now Ramoji Rao will be in the same category. Ramoji Rao was a person who rose up with his own strength without cheating someone without stealing money from someone. It is very sad that he is not with us today. I wish his soul to rest in peace.

Producer K.S. Rama Rao said: It is sad that a legendary person, producer and businessman Ramoji Rao is not with us today. Building Ramoji Film City as the biggest studio in 1996 was not an ordinary thing despite not knowing much about the film industry. Every set required for a movie is in Ramoji Film City. Now people from all over the world come to Ramoji Film City for shooting. Similarly many service programs were also organized for many people. Many people have been given employment by starting new industries by Ramoji Rao garu. I wish his soul to rest in peace.

Paruchuri Gopalakrishna said: In 1989, we wrote the Dialogues for Ramoji Rao’s movie Mouna Poratam. But both my mother and father worked in Priya pickle company for long. But we didn’t get that chance until the movie Mouna Poratam. Among the films made by him, Prathi Ghatana is a film that is not only for entertainment but also for knowledge. A letter is eternal. Ramoji Rao is such a warrior of letters to words. The absence of him in the film industry is irreparable. May his soul rest in peace.

Vijayendra Prasad said: I have no direct connection with Ramoji Rao. But he is a man who values time very much. The man who said that cinema is not only entertainment but also knowledge. “I pray to God that his soul to rest in peace.”

Ravi, Vice President of MAA association said: Greetings to everyone who came from 24 craft and came to pay tribute to Ramoji Rao at this event. Ramoji Rao is one person who came to make this society dynamic. He is not a person but a system. One uses print media and one uses digital media to change the situation, but Ramoji Rao is the person who told the truth to the people by all Media. Even now, there are many people in both Telugu states who think that if they don’t read the paper Eenadu, the day will not pass. It is not common for a magazine to bring about such social consciousness. A man who gave opportunity to many writers not only through a newspaper but also through monthly magazines. We wish the soul of such a person to rest in peace.

Director Association President Veera Shankar said: He is a person with great mental courage. He is physically far away from us but stays with us always. Every one wakes up early in the morning and reads Eenadu newspaper. Similarly, for movie shootings, we remember Ramoji Film City, Mayuri Distribution is the company we remember for the release of the movie. He is in everything like this. “I pray to God that his soul rest in peace.”

Director Ajay Kumar said: In Mahabharata, Bhishma gives up his life knowing when to fight an unrighteous war. Similarly, Ramoji Rao gave up his life in a righteous war. It seems that he is satisfied with the happiness that what he thought has been fulfilled and the Dharma has won. I wish his soul rest wherever he is.

President of Telugu Film Producers Council Damodar Prasad said: No one has built the Fourth Estate like he has built. The fourth estate is the media. Ramoji Rao is a person who has done many good deeds through media and told the truth to people. He is truly a true legend. A person who established many companies and provided jobs to many people and supported their families. He said that even if he is not with us physically today, may his soul rest in peace.

Director Relangi Narasimha Rao said: I must tell you about my experience with Ramoji Rao. In 1992, I got a call from Ushakiran Movies. Do you want to be a director and think of a movie? We left feeling lucky to work in Ramoji Rao’s company. I was supposed to meet him at 5.30 in the evening and the car arrived at 4.30. I received a call from him at exactly by 5:30. He follows time sharply. After telling the story, he liked it and immediately agreed. I have so many experiences with him. He is a Akshara Yodhudu. I wish his soul to rest in peace.

Artist Siva Reddy said: Ramoji Rao is a great person who provided employment to many families. Ours is one such family. When I came to do the first comedy, it was done at ETV. I received the first Nandi award from the film from Usha Kiran Movies organization. Besides, I received many awards from his hands. Similarly, it was the happiness that came from Ushakiran’s Production that gave me many opportunities. Ramoji Rao is the person who gave such a great movie and I never looked back. Wherever he is, I wish his soul to rest in peace.

Telugu Film Producers Council Secretary Prasannakumar said: Ramoji Rao is a person who brought in new technicians and new artists and made different films. Similarly to bring good movies to the audience through Mayuri Distribution. Leasing dilapidated theatres and renovating them to attract audiences. Similarly, to hide many black and white movies and present those movies to future generations and convey their values. Similarly, Ramoji Rao is a person who has done many things like doing a lot of good to the society with the weapon of Akshara, removing the evil in the society and doing good to the people. May the soul of such a person rest in peace.
