In the film industry, movies linked to mythology are doing really well, but only if they are made properly. Some also fail badly, like Adipurush.
Teja Sajja tasted success with HanuMan and is now coming up with Mirai, which also has a small mythological touch.
During promotions in Mumbai, Hindi media asked him why his films look religious. Teja was surprised but gave a smart reply.
He said, “Why will you question me when I do back-to-back mythological films? Why don’t you ask actors who keep doing love stories repeatedly? Instead, feel happy that we are trying to show Dharma”.
He explained that HanuMan is mainly a superhero film with emotions, while Mirai only has a brief glimpse of Lord Sriram, along with thrill, fantasy, and other elements.
Teja also added that he wants to give morals through his films, which earned him appreciation.
