N. Chandrababu Naidu, the president of the TDP and a former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, calls for a probe into the passing of Jr. NTR’s fan Shyam.
N. Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and a former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, has requested a thorough probe into the strange death of a young Jr. NTR admirer in East Godavari district.
As the hot hashtag #WeWantJusticeForShyamNTR surfaced on Twitter, Naidu posted a demand for an impartial investigation.
On June 25, the 23-year-old allegedly committed suicide in Chintaluru, East Godavari district. The young unemployed man was discovered hanged. However, a number of people have expressed doubt regarding the manner of death.
Shyam’s body photos quickly gained popularity on social media. Internet users disputed the police account that he committed suicide and claimed that he was actually murdered and the crime was staged to appear like a suicide.
Many Twitter users emphasized that Shyam’s feet were on the ground and that his neck was unmarked. They also didn’t want to accept that he had used extreme measures after taking ganja.
People who claim to know the family assert that he wasn’t a ganja addict. They claim that because there was no pressure from his family, he was also not depressed as a result of his unemployment.
Shyam was an ardent supporter of Jr. NTR. At a movie presentation in Hyderabad in March of this year, the young man shoved the security guards aside to hug the actor.
After attending the Das Ka Dhamki pre-release ceremony, Jr. NTR left the stage while being escorted by many security personnel. As she hugged Jr. NTR from behind, A abruptly shoved the security guards aside. The fan appeared to be really upset. Jr. NTR stopped the actor’s security team from removing the fan. The star gave the fan a hug.
On social media, the video had become very popular. Since Monday, it has been extensively circulated with the hashtag #WeWantJusticeForShyamNTR.
Several TDP officials have called for an in-depth investigation into Shyam’s passing.
Party president Chandrababu Naidu wrote, “Deeply saddened by the tragic and untimely demise of Shyam in Chintaluru, EG District. The suspicious circumstances surrounding his death are alarming. I strongly urge for a thorough investigation into this matter, ensuring justice is served. It has been alleged that YSRCP members are involved. Their involvement must be probed impartially. Let’s ensure transparency prevails and justice is served.”
“Pained to learn about the suspicious death of unemployed youngster Shyam. My deepest condolences to his family & friends. A thorough investigation without any bias is needed, even if it involves YCP leaders as alleged by locals. We will fight until justice is delivered to Shyam,” tweeted Naidu’s son and TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh.
