Tara Sutaria, who was last seen in Yash’s Toxic, is reportedly being considered for the female lead in Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming mythological film Mahavatar. The project is directed by Amar Kaushik.
However, Tara has not been finalised yet. Reports suggest that Shraddha Kapoor and Harnaaz Sandhu are also being considered for the role.
A few sources said that several names have been discussed, but the casting is still in the process.
Vicky Kaushal will play Parashurama in Mahavatar, which is expected to begin shooting in January 2027. The film marks his second collaboration with Maddock Films after Chhaava.
Vicky will next appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love And War with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
