A biopic on legendary filmmaker V Shantaram titled Chitrapati V Shantaram is currently in the works with Siddhant Chaturvedi playing the lead role. The latest update is that Tamannaah Bhatia has also joined the cast.
She is said to be seen in a real life character who is very much important to the story. Milky beauty is excited about the role because it is challenging and will show her in a completely new way.
The film is directed by Abhijeet Deshpande known for the Marathi biopic Ani… Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar and for writing popular films we know.
The movie will follow Shantaram inspiring journey from his tough childhood in Kolhapur to becoming a great filmmaker who created amazing classics.
