It is well-known that hero Vijay Deverakonda collaborated with director Puri Jagannadh for a Pan-India project. Titled Liger, the film’s shooting is being repeatedly postponed due to the Covid crisis. As per the reports, the film has wrapped up more than sixty percent of its filming and is expected to resume soon if everything falls into the place.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear from our sources is that two top directors such as Boyapati Seenu and Harish Shankar are in pipeline for Vijay Deverakonda’s next project. Although Vijay committed to a project with director Sukumar, the film is going to get delayed as the director is yet to wrap up his ongoing film, Pushpa with Allu Arjun.
Among Boyapati and Harish Shankar, Harish has to complete Pawan Kalyan’s film first before joining forces with Vijay. On the other hand, Boyapati has wrapped up the shooting for his upcoming project, Akhanda recently and will be available to make a film with Vijay Deverakonda. Sources also confirm that if Vijay and Puri wrap up the shooting for Liger in the next couple of months then there are chances for the project in the combination of Boyapati and Vijay Deverakonda to go on the floors from this year end.
