A film in the combination of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Krack director Gopichand Malineni was formally announced a couple of months back. Tentatively titled NBK107, the film is expected to go on the floors from next month.
Earlier news came out that director Gopichand has approached his good friend and star heroine Shruthi Haasan for the female lead role in NBK’s film but as Shruti is keen on focusing on Bollywood she rejected the film then. Meanwhile, the latest grapevine is that Gopichand has somehow convinced Shruti Haasan to do the female lead role in Balayya’s film. If the news turns into reality eventually, is it only because of the friend bond, Shruti Haasan said yes to do the project or did the makers agree to pay whopping remuneration? Is a better know answer for the team.
