The much-awaited patriotic drama, Major starring Adivi Sesh is gearing up for a pan-India release on June 3rd. The film’s theatrical trailer which was unveiled a few weeks ago has been receiving good response from the moviegoers.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that the team is planning to arrange paid premieres for the film across the country in Hindi and other Southern languages. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited. Said to be a biographical drama on Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who sacrificed his life in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, the film also has Shobhita in a key role.
Young beauty Saaie Manjrekar is the female lead and has Prakash Raj and Revathi in key roles. While Mahesh Babu’s GMB Entertainments banner in association with Sony Pictures India and AplusS Movies produced the movie, Sashi Kiran Tikka directed Major.
